Managing Your Subscription
Access your subscription settings from the Billing page in your dashboard.
Current Plan Information
The billing page displays:
- Your current plan name and price
- Billing period (monthly or annual)
- Next billing date
- Channel limit and current usage
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade to a higher tier:
1 Go to Billing Page
Click "Billing" in your dashboard navigation.
2 Click Upgrade Plan
Select "Upgrade Plan" to view available options.
3 Choose Your New Plan
Compare plans and select the one that fits your needs.
4 Complete Payment
Enter payment details if not already on file, then confirm.
Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Payment Methods
Manage your saved payment methods from the Payment Methods page.
Adding a Payment Method
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click "Add Payment Method"
- Enter your card details
- Click "Save Card"
Updating a Payment Method
To update an existing card, add a new payment method and then remove the old one. You cannot edit existing cards directly for security reasons.
Removing a Payment Method
Click the trash icon next to the payment method you want to remove. Note: You cannot remove your only payment method if you have an active paid subscription.

Invoices & History
View and download your payment history from the Invoices page.
Viewing Invoices
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice date and number
- Plan name and billing period
- Amount charged
- Payment status
Downloading Invoices
Click the download icon on any invoice to get a PDF version for your records or expense reporting.
Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial of the Basic plan.
What's Included
- Full access to Basic plan features
- Track up to 3 channels
- No credit card required to start
After Your Trial
When your trial ends:
- Add a payment method to continue using SocialDataCharts
- Choose any plan (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise)
- Your data is retained for 30 days if you don't subscribe
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Billing page
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data is retained for 30 days
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore access
Refund Policy
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge if you believe you're entitled to a refund.
Generally, refunds are provided for:
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Technical issues preventing service use
- Billing errors
