Yes! You can track any public YouTube channel. Private channels and channels that have hidden their subscriber counts can still be tracked, but some metrics may be limited.

Initial data usually appears within 1-2 minutes. However, building up historical data takes time - the longer a channel is tracked, the more trend data becomes available.

The Channel Health Score (0-100) is our proprietary metric that evaluates overall channel performance based on four factors: growth rate, engagement, upload consistency, and video performance. A higher score indicates a healthier, more active channel.

The Viral Potential Score predicts a video's likelihood of gaining significant organic reach. It considers view velocity, engagement rates, performance vs. channel average, and early momentum. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Data collection frequency depends on your plan:

• Basic: Once per day
• Pro: Every 8 hours
• Enterprise: Every hour

Live stream data requires the channel to have done live streams. If you see "No live streams found," it means the channel hasn't done any live streams recently, or the data hasn't been collected yet (it can take a few days for new channels).

Yes! All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial of the Basic plan. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data is kept for 30 days, so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off.

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied or experienced technical issues, contact support within 7 days of your charge and we'll work with you.

No! You can track any public channel without connecting your YouTube account. However, if you're the channel owner, connecting your account unlocks additional features like members-only content analytics and private video stats.

We use YouTube's public API, which may have slight differences from the data shown in YouTube Studio. Additionally, we collect data at specific intervals, so real-time numbers may vary. Our focus is on trends over time rather than exact real-time counts.
